They unite with Allah and get freedom against the entire quests of world. This is also of the Maratib of Talqeen endowed with Yaqeen.
That person, who will study this book completely, no doubt, he will turn Muslim even if he is a Kaafir, Jew or a Christian; and if he is a Dead Hearted, he will get the life of the heart and will reach unto the Hazoor of the Essence and will become Master of intuition (and insight) and will abstain from Shirk, Kufr and vindictiveness.
In addition, the explanation
(Sharah) of the Yaqeen is also this that Yaqeen is Ilm
or this that it is the Ilm-ul-Yaqeen . With the Ilm-ul-Yaqeen, wisdom
awakes, Hijaabaat are removed and it becomes Waseela of the
Marifat
of the Sustainer
and Tauheed. The Ilm-ul-Yaqeen has a distinct Position
(Mansib) and inside the Ilm-ul-Yaqeen are distinct Maratib of Wilayat . If someone asks you
whether Yaqeen has superiority over Talqeen or Talqeen is
superior then reply is this that both of them have importance of feather and
wings for the Saalik Arif same as ability to see is gained
through eye. It is also important to learn that what thing is achieved through
the Ilm of Yaqeen and what is availed through the Ilm of Talqeen?
Through the Ilm of Talqeen, the Taufeeq of Tawajuh ,
Visualization and Noor is got and through the Ilm of Yaqeen,
the original Qurb of Lord 
? is attained by virtue of which the human being
becomes careless (with Self-Sufficiency) of [everything] and the Ilm
of Talqeen takes the Seeker
of Haq unto the Inwardly
ascension by means of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
. Both of these Uloom,
that is, the Ilm of Talqeen and Ilm of Yaqeen are
the Key of Tauheed with Yaa Fattaah
, and are openers of the lock of every
hardship and are Ain-Numa in
the Qadiri (Sufi) Order. The Kaamil Qadiri
Murshid
grants this Key
[of Talqeen and Yaqeen] to the True-Seeker
in the very
first day. Yaqeen teaches getting the wish fulfilled, intending with
magnanimous courage (and mettle), listening Inwardly with ears, seeing Inwardly
with eyes of Yaqeen and reading with Inwardly tongue. Moreover,
Yaqeen is the raiment of Eimaan and it is the lifeblood
of Eimaan. That person, who reads and knows the Ilm of Yaqeen,
he is left with no want of exercising Riyazat and Chilla for all
his life.
