Allah Almighty
says: In their hearts is a disease and
Allah
increased their disease (2:10)
Thus, the most desirable treatment for this disease is done by the doctor of hearts (Tabeeb ul Quloob) in such a way that first, grants the Tasarruf of all treasures of the world so that the heart of Seeker should lose its interest in Shirk and Kufr and he should become careless (with Self-Sufficiency) and Laa-Yuhtaaj . Subsequently, the Murshid, by Drowning the Seeker in the River of Wahdat, shows the Mushahida of the ascension. This is the treatment of the disease of the Istadraaj of the Seeker.

This one word is just sufficient to [the Real] Seekers,
That [the True]
Seeker
is he, who Demands this one Word
of Kun {Be! (36:82)}

You must not feel astonishment on it and should not deny this that the Mercy, Beneficence, Benevolence, Fazal (Grace) and Favor of Allah Almighty; all Worlds, the entire creatures, Lamakaan and clear Word, the Authentic Text, Hadis and Holy Quran can come inside his heart. Heart becomes the most illuminated by this and the Master of Roshan-Zamir becomes able, dominant and Emir on everything. These all Maratib are of the Maalik-ul-Mulki Faqeer.
ABYAAT (COUPLETS)
When the heart certainly moves due to the Qurb of God,
It makes the Arsh the floor and beholds Didaar of God,
When heart has sighted His Didaar, it remain not deprived of foresight,
The People of heart can never be the likeness of the bull and donkey,
When Damm takes heart unto the Ruh and the Qalb ,
Then the People of
heart becomes honored with Secret of the Sustainer
,
These Maratib tell the condition of the heart of the Qadiri [Faqeer],
Such Qadiri the Masters of heart are a few in the world.
