Allah Almighty
says: fulfill your (part of the)
covenant, I will fulfill my (part of the) covenant (2:40)
He should have the Prehistoric (Primordial) Sidq should have dominance on his Nafs and the damned Satan. He should be beneficent in the blessing of the Beneficent, should always attentive unto and Drowned in the Haq. He should dislike the Baatil . He should be immersed into his self. There should be no filth of with Coercion (Qehar), resentment and anger. That person, who is endowed with these calibers, is typically the Noble Human and he, who lacks such qualities, he, as per appearance, is absolutely a human being but in character, he is beast, lustful, greedy and perplexed (and turbulent).
ABYAAT (COUPLETS)
Wisdom and deference are two witnesses of a human being,
The human being is he, who attains unto the Qurb to God with Marifat,
By virtue of Hazoori the human being gets the Kashf-ul-Qaboor ,
And the wisdom and intellectuality end here.
If the space between the heavens and earth is stuffed with gold-and-silver, one word of human being is of more worth than this. Human being has the ability through the Ability of God and the human being is a Secret of the Secrets of Allah.

Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee

The Aalim ul Insaan is:
Allah Almighty says: Taught man which he knew not
(96:5)
The Ulema are only the Human Being.
Allah Almighty says: And He taught Adam all the names"
