unto His light who He wills (24:35)
(By means of these two Uloom and Maratib ) the Murshid-e-Kaamil and True-Seeker come out of the Masti of the Zikr and Fikr and the entity of the Kashf and Karamat and enter the Station of Secret of Alast {the Day when Allah asked the entire spirits: Am I not your Lord (7:172)}. That person, who reaches unto these Maratib , he becomes Laa-Yuhtaaj Faqeer. Faqeer gets that kind of Taufeeq from these two Uloom that he reaches onto the Martaba of the Zill Allah (Shadow of God) by virtue of which the seven continents (Wilayat) from East to west come under his authority (and power) and follow his order. However, since he believes Dunya (World) mortal, he inclines not unto the Worldly lordship otherwise gaining the Martaba of worldly kingship is not difficult for the Kaamil [Murshid] and he can award kingship to even others by his Tawajuh and gaze quite easily!
