Word Murshid means "Saintly Guide" of whole Course of Inward towards Allah. He is the Teacher and the Master. The Murshid Competent to issue Irshaad is he who has the order (Hukam) of Allah Almighty and the permission (Ijazat) from the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aalihi Wassallam and authorization (Rukhsat) from the Ghaus ul Azam Shah Muhyiddeen (May Allah Sanctify his secret) (P188 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan). That person who has honor of the Bai-at (Initiation) on Blessed hands of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam with the Inwardly Talqeen and Irshaad and Hidayat and he has shaken hand with Holy Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum and has the favor and munificence of the Panj-Tan-Pak only he is eligible to be a Murshid and to issue Irshaad (P89 Aqal Baidaar). Every Seeker of Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe enjoys the rank of Murshid (P66 Noor ul Huda Klaan). Plural of Murshid is Murshideen. It is Farz (Obligation) Waajib (Most Essential) Sunnat and Mustahib (Recommendatory) to have Initiation (Bai-at ) on hand and Talqeen of the Murshid-e-Kaamil . It is because Satan should not get dominance upon the Living-Hearted Zaakir of Allah (P170 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
