The one who is the Self-Sufficient and independant of all needs. That Faqeer who has acquaintance with God whatever he needs he begs from his God only. That Faqeer who is familiar with God he is not needy of anyone besides God Almighty (that is he is Laa-Yuhtaaj) P33 Muhabbat ul Asraar.
