Third Martaba of Faqeer is the obedience of the Shaikh who is the Oulul-Amar (in authority) which is dominant over all orders (and affairs) and is called the Fanaa-Fi-Shaikh (Destruction in Shaikh) (P199 Noor ul Huda Klaan. By the Fanaa (Destruction) and Baqaa (Rebirth and immortality) is meant that: "He brings forth the living from the dead and He brings forth the dead from the living (30:19). Hence if (He) wants He can Destroy the whole realm within one breath and if He wants He can make the entire realm "the living" and "eternal" forever (P105 Emir ul Konain). Die before death is Fanaa of Nafs and verily! The Friends of Allah do not die is Baqaa (P328 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
