and should write the Name Faqar on his forehead through the Exercise of Inscription (Marqoom); should write the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) on his tongue through the Exercise of Exercise of Inscription; and should do the Exercise of Inscribing (Marqoom) on both ears, both eyes, both palms and on the Qalb and should do the Exercise of Inscription for Inscribing the Name Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam on his chest and both (lateral) sides of the chest (flanks of body). In addition, for doing the opposition with Nafs, he should do the Mashq e Marqoom to inscribe the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) on the navel, on its left and right and above and below and should do the Exercise of all these five in the brain in head, should deliver the Name Hu inside the brain. The point when all these Exercises of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) have come into action (Amal), the Master of Visualization brings all organs of the body in his control and Tasarruf and imagination. The Seeker, who Exercises for the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) becomes dominant over his body. The (efficacious) effectiveness of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) is completely brought about all over his body. These Maratib are of the Ghani Faqeer.
Allah Almighty says: and Allah is the Rich and you are the poor (47:38)
The time when Faqeer has reached unto these Maratib, he becomes completely Laa-Yuhtaaj (self sufficient) and the all the total Hidayat is received by him and all Khatraat, Khannas, Khartoum, Waswaas and Wahamaat leave his heart, and he finds genuineness (and devotion) with Allah Almighty. Later on, by virtue of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), his physical senses are shut down and Inwardly senses of get activated and the Four Fowls get slain. That is, the Crow of Shahwat, Pigeon of Desire, Peacock of Pomp and Crow of Greed (and grasping) prove on the following Verse:
Allah Almighty says: (I believe), but to be stronger in Faith. (His Lord) said: Take Four of the Birds (2:260)
At first, I was Four, and then became Three and now I am Two,
And [now after] crossing the Duality, I have become unity.
