The first Castle is of Greed on which Satan Khannas is Muakal. As long as (he) does not exercise Obedience without greed and does not practice Tawakul, he does not get lost inside the Marifat of Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah) and does not get rid of the smoke (and worm) of Khannas.


Second Castle is Lust. Khartoum is Muakal (appointed) on it. Without deracinating it, (he) cannot conquer this Castle.


Third Castle is of Jealousy. Waswasa is Muakal on it. As long as it is not dispelled from heart, Waswasa remains there and (he) cannot become Waasil up to the Martaba of Ahadiyat.


Fourth is Castle of Arrogance (haughtiness). Khatraat are Muakal in it. As long as you shall not remove arrogance (and vanity) from your heart, you will not get rid of the Khatraat.


Fifth Castle is the Nifaaq (Discord). Ananiyat (Self-conceit and egotism) is Muakal over it. As long as a person does not reject the Nifaaq from his heart, Satan does not run away and (without doing this) one cannot reach unto a profiting Martaba.


Allah Almighty says: O you sons of Adam, that you worship not the devil Lo! He is your open foe! (36:60)


In addition, these above-mentioned Castles cannot be crashed down by the Zikr, Fikr, Devoutness and Pietism, keeping vigil (the nightlong) and Fasting in day [etc.] nor is the City of Heart conquered. However, these can be conquered by the Gaze of the Murshid-e-Kaamil Mukammil (Complete the Master of Barzukh Fanaa-Fi-Allah because the Kaamil and Mukammil Murshid is the Key of these Castles and the Lock cannot be unlocked in absence of Key and as long as the Lock is not unlocked, the quest (Matlib) cannot be achieved. The wholesomeness (dependency) of this Course is upon heart and when (it) shall get rid of seventy thousand devilish paths, it will thence be called a Special Qalb. Moreover, in Qalb is the Sirr which is called the Station of Ikhtisaas (Specialty and authority) and seventy thousand treasures are inside the Sirr which is wider (and spacious more) than the Arsh and Kursi and in the Sirr is the Station of Khafi and the Station of Akhfa is inside Khafi. Whosoever reaches unto this Station of Akhfa, on him fit these words "whosoever entered in it [Khana-e-Kaba] is safe (3:97).


The outset and the end of the Masters of Wilayat Faqeers becomes one.
