Seeing these circumstance, the ancient Dervishes and the Saints of religion overcharged the worldly rich persons and earls in their disrespect and disregard and the righteous, Faqeer and destitute people of God in their respect and regard. In addition, they did not give a worth more than a housefly or louse to the worldly persons, lords and even the kings as these Saints were single minded in their intention and the exaltation and elevation of the Name of their Lord was their quest. Their spiritual powers had risen higher than heaven and were heavenly. Allah Almighty had made the kings of world their slaves and subordinates because this fact had become as bright as sun on the good kings of their times that the existence and continuity of their thrones and domains and their people depended upon the chaste survival of these sanctified noble persons. Thus, the kings of that era attended the courts of the Dervishes as beggars and needy persons and got their problems solved from the Court of Lord Almighty by means of their Waseela and prayer. Book of History have many such incidents recorded therein. Hence, we quote a few of these incidents briefly as a gift for the readers.

It is said that one day, Hazrat Mian Meer Sahib Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe was sitting along with his Dervishes on the roof of his place. He was taking some rest laying his head on the thigh of one of his Dervishes and other Dervishes were busy in removing lice from his jute garment. In the meantime, one Dervish saw the Emperor of Hindustan Shah Jehan along with his eldest son Dara Shikoh for paying a visit to the place of Hazrat Mian Meer Sahib Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe and laughed.

*

He asked him why he was laughing and he replied that Shah Jehan and Dara Shikoh were coming to see him. He said that 'O silly person! I had rather thought it as if you have found some fat louse in the jute garment that you are happy but you are silly that you are showing your teeth on arrival of a king'. In short, in the eyes of these people, the reality of the king of time was even less than that of a louse or flea. Further, the awe and glory and the dignity and magnificence of the Name of their Allah Almighty was so much in their blessed bodies that the kings shivered poorly before their glory and lordliness and they took it their welfare and pride to set their shoes with their hands. It is further quoted that when Shah Jehan and Dara Shikoh had touched the feet of Hazrat Mian Meer Sahib Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe and have sit amongst the destitute persons in one corner of that place, of Hazrat Mian Meer Sahib Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe was chewing cardamom and throwing its remains from his mouth and Shah Jehan was busy in collecting that remains of the chewed cardamom in his royal mantle giving it a worth more than diamonds and gemstones.

Why will I set my step outside the hall of the Dervish,

As our treasure is on the jute cloth of the Dervish,

In the world becomes a deserted place in wake of floods of disasters,

Even such a situation cannot disturb the masonry of the court of Dervish,

Abuse of words, sword and spear become hopeless,

When comes out of scabbard the stick (wand) of Dervish,

Every knot of difficult situation faced by world,

Can be opened through the hand of the prayer of Dervish,

Eden, verily, has very charming sites it includes,

I cannot join it without winning the gladness (and accreditation) of Dervish,

Every phoenix of Faqar that has flown to the canopy of all height,

Have flown there passing over the atmosphere of the Dervish,

Both-the-Worlds look like just two drops of tears,

If are observed through the eyes of the Dervish.
