Allah Almighty says: and whoever hopes for the meeting with his Lord let him do righteous work (18:110)

 

Hence, "righteous work, which he has to be done" is this that he should become Drowned into Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah) after forgetting the Outsiders of Allah.

 

ABYAAT (COUPLETS)

[In Reality], these eyes are assigned for seeing the Didaar of Haq,

[Hence] he, who sees the Outsiders of Haq, it is verily Baatil,

If I hide the Haq from Haq, I will become Kaafir,

[And then] I will come out of the premises of the Marifat of Lord, that is, I take the Mushahida of Haq and Reality everywhere,

I behold the matchless Didaar of Lord through the eye of my heart,

How can those be the incomparable, which have thought of some form or can be imagined?

That person, who says that he is barred, becomes Kaafir,

And he becomes that, who refutes the Reality of the Marifat of Lord,

He, to whim "Hazoori Ba Hazoor" is available (by good luck),

He gets the Noor of the Wahdat of the Essence after Drowning into Tauheed,

When Nafs left, you should then take the Mushahida of the Qalb and Ruh, that is, when you have achieved Destruction in the Essence of Lord,

Then, you should acquire the unrivaled and everlasting wealth of the Ilm-ul-Yaqeen, Haq-ul-Yaqeen and the Ain-ul-Yaqeen,

You should observe His Obedience and do His worship from the cradle to grave,

Because these Maratib of the Arifeen are infinite and unlimited,

What I was at first? You give me some clue of my last and the end,

[In reality] the first and last all is the same; you should imagine this one and same.

 

 

 

ABOUT ILM-UL-YAQEEN, AIN-UL-YAQEEN AND HAQ-UL-YAQEEN: That thing which is identified through proving reason, that is called "Ilm-ul-Yaqeen" as after seeing the creations, identifying the Creator; and that which is derived through (contemplative) Vision, it is called the "Ain-ul-Yaqeen" as sun needs no proving reason for its entity but instead the (contemplative) Vision is sufficient for this; and the outcome of the (contemplative) Vision is called the "Haq-ul-Yaqeen" as through the (contemplative) Vision of the Tajalliyaat, the Qurb of Allah is attained.
