That person, who doubts on this Course, he becomes the Murtad (Apostate) because this is the Name Allah and the Name Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah(there is none worthy of worship except Allah), Muhammad (Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) is also this. He who, doubts in Kalimah-e-Tayyeb, he becomes Murtad (Apostate).
The Faqeer Sahib e Haakim (Master Ruler) is he, who is Sahib e Qum (Master of power to enunciate Qum) and Qum is also of two types: One is Qum Be Izni (stand up with my permission) (which is) the Faqar Fanaa and the other kind of Qum is Qum Be Izni Allah (stand up with permission of Allah) (which is) the Ba Maqaam Fanaa-Fi-Allah. And the Bi Izni Allah (with command of Allah) is the Station is of Qul Hu Allah (say: He is Allah). The Qum Be Izni Allah (stand up with permission of Allah) are the Maratib of Hazrat Esa Alaihis-Salaam - Ruh Allah and "Bi Izni" (with my order) the Faqar Fanaa-Fi-Allah is the honor of distinction of the Ummat of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. The Noble Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam has said that "my Ummat is superior over the Ummat (People) of [other] Prophets as that resurrects and kills with the Order of Allah and this resurrects and kills by saying Bi Izni (with my command) ." There is difference between "Bi Izni" (with my order) and "Bi Izni Allah" (with command of Allah) . The Name Allah stabilizes (and gets equanimity) in the body of man. The Qalb and body of the Seeker take Zahoor, Outwardly and Inwardly, through the Name Allah. Subsequently the Name Allah is seen by him because the Anwaar of the Tajalliyaat of the Roshan-Zamir shine. By virtue of the full control and power of the Tajalliyaat e Ilaahiya, the whole Name Allah becomes bright. Same as upon sunrise, Darkness vanishes and starts become invisible; these Maratib of Light upon Light (24:35) become Hazoor. The Firaaq and Wisaal become equal at this Station!
O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! Noor has come and Darkness has gone,
Due to the Darkness, the difference became clear.
At this Station, the news of Lord is found by Sehve of world and the Sukr of the Next World. Demand for the Outsider, is Outcast (and banished) and if he Demands for the Ghair (outsiders), these would be the Maratib of the Jews. He will never attain unto his purpose. He will disconnect with all and will embrace (and entertain) Haq. He will not be greedy. He will not be that, who accumulates and stores and will not be the forbidder.
