METHOD OF EXERCISING THE VISUALIZATION (TASAWWAR) OF THE NAME-ALLAH-THE-ESSENCE (ISM-E-ALLAH-ZAAT)
The person exercising the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) should be with valid and intact Ablution (Wuzu), dressed in clean and pure clothes and he should sit lonely in a "kneeling position" [same as the sitting posture of Assalaat (Prayers)] in privacy at a place which is clean [and fit for offering Assalaat (Prayers)]; he should cause his heart [and mind] free and disengaged with all sorts of [irrelevant] thoughts, worries of the worldly matters and the thoughts that distract from Allah, and in order to close the passage of the (sneaking) temptations [114:4] (Khannas) of Satan and the sensual threats (Khatraat), he should erect a protective shield (Hisaar) all around him, that is, after reading following Words (of Revelation) of Allah, he should throw the blow of air from his mouth all over his body:
Read each of the following for three times: [Arabic Text, Roman and Translation is as under]
First, he should read each of the following for three times:
1) Surah Al Fatihah:
Bismi Allahi Rah-maan Nir Raheem
[Al ham-du Lilla-he Rabbil Aa-la-meen(a). Ar-rah-maa Nir-ra-heem(i). Maa-liki Yau-middeen(i). Iyya-ka Na'bu-doo wa iyya-ka Nas-ta-een(u). Ihdi Nassi-raa-tal Mus-ta-qeem(a). Siraat Alla-zeena An-amta Alai-him, Ghai-ril Magh-dhoo-be Alai-him Wa Laadhaaa-leen(a).]
In the Name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful
All praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. The Beneficent, the Merciful. Owner of the Day of Judgment. You (alone) we worship; You (alone) we ask for help. Show us the straight path, the path of those whom You have favored; Not (the path) of those who earn your anger nor of those who go astray.
2) The Ayatul Kursi:
[Allahu Laaa Ilaa-ha Illa-hu(wa) Al Hayyul Qayyum(u), Laa Ta'hu-zu-hoo Sina-tun-wwa Laa Naum(un), La-hoo Maa Fis-sa-maa-waa-ti Wa Maa Fil Ardh(i), Man Zalla-zee Yash-fao Enda-hooo Illa Bi Iz-ni-hee. Ya'la-mu Ma Bai-na Ai-dee-him Wa Maa khal-fa-hum. Wa Laa Yuhee-too-na Be Shai-Im-min Ilmi-heee Illa Be-maa Shaaa'a. Wasi-aa Kur-siyyu-hus-sa-maa-waa-ti Wal Ardh(a). Wa Laa Ya-udu-hoo Hif-zu-hu-maa, Wa Huwal Aleyyul Azeem(u).]
Allah, there is no God except Him, the (Ever) Alive, the Self-Subsisting (Sustainer of existence). Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes him. Unto Him belongs whatever is in heavens and whatsoever is in earth. Who is he, who intercedes with Him except by His permission? He knows that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne includes the heaves and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is Sublime the Tremendous.
3) Surah Al Kaafiroon (109):
[Qul Yaaa Ayyu-hal Kaafi-roon(a). Laaa A'bu-du Maa Ta'bu-doon(a). Wa Laaa An-tum Aa-be-doona Maaa A'bud(u). Wa Laaa Anaa Aa-be-dum-maa Abat-tum. Wa Laaa An-tum Aa-be-doo-na Maaa A'bud(u). La-kum Dee-nu-kum Wali-ya Deen(i).]
Say: O disbelievers! I worship not that which you worship. Nor worship you that which I worship. And I shall not worship that you worship. Nor will you worship that I worship. Unto you your religion and unto me my religion.
4) Surah Al Ikhlaas (112):
[Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad(un). Allahus-samad(u). Lam Ya-lidd. Wa Lam You-ladd. Wa Lam Yakul-la-hoo Kufu-wann Aahad(un).]
Say: He is Allah, the One. Allah, the eternally careless (with Self-Sufficiency). He begets not nor was begotten. And there is none comparable to Him
5) Surah Falaq:
[Qul Aa'oozu Be Rabbil Fa-laq(i). Min Sharri Maa Kha-laq(a). Wa Min Sharri Ghaa-si-qin izaa Wa-qab(a). Wa Min Sharrin-naffaa-saati Fil Oo-qad(i). Wa Min Sharri Haa-se-din izaa Ha-sadd(a).]
Say: I seek refuge in Lord of Daybreak. From the evil that which He created. From the evil of the darkness when it is intense. And from the evil of the malignant witchcraft. And from the evil of the envier when he envies.
6) Surah An-Naas (114):
[Qul Aa'oozu Be Rabbin-naas(i). Mali-kin-naas(i). Elaa-hin-naas(i). Min Sharril Was-waasil Khannaas(i). Alla-zee Yuwas-wisu Fee Su-doo-rin-naas(i). Minal Jinna-tih Wan-naas(i).]
Say: I seek refuge in Lord of mankind. The king of mankind. The God of mankind. From the evil of the sneaking whisperer. Who whispers in the hearts of mankind. Of the jinn and of mankind.
7) A' oozu billa-he Mi-na-shai-taan Nirra-jeem
I seek refuge in Allah from the outcast Satan
Then he should read each of the following each for three times:
1) Darood Shareef:
[Allah-humma Salle Alaaa Mu-hamma-din-wwa Alaa Aaa-li Mu-hamma-din Ka-maa Sallai-ta Alaa Ibraa-hee-ma Wa Alaaa Aa-li Ib-raa-hee-ma Inna-ka Ha-mee-dum-ma-jeed(un). Allah-humma Baa-rik Alaa Mu-hamma-din-wwa Alaaa Aali Mu-hamma-din Ka-maa Baa-rak-ta Alaaa Ib-raa-hee-ma Wa Alaaa Aa-li Ib-raa-hee-ma Inna-ka Ha-mee-dum-ma-jeed.]
O Allah! Confer blessings upon (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and upon the progeny of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You conferred blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the progeny of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah! Bless (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and the progeny of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the progeny of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
[As-tagh-fi-ru Allaha Rabbee Min Kulli zanbin-wwa Aatoo-bu ilai-he]
(I seek forgiveness from Allah for every sin I committed and I repent for these)
3) The following Verses:
(Peace be on you, a Word from Lord, Most Merciful) (36:58)
[Wa-Alla-hul Mus-ta-aanu Alaa Maa Tasi-foon(a).]
And Allah it is Whose help is to be sought in that (predicament) which you describe. (12:18)
4) Kalimah e Tamjīd:
[Subhaan Allahe Wal Ham-du Lilla-he Wa Laaa Ilaa-ha Ill-Allahu Wa-Allahu Akbar. Wa Laa Haw-la Wa Laa Quwwa-ta Illa BiAlla-hil Aleyyul Azeem.]
Glory be to Allah, All praise be to Allah; There is none worthy of worship besides Allah; and Allah is the greatest There is no Power and Might except from Allah; the most High - The Great.
5) Kalima e Tauheed:
There is none worthy of worship besides Allah; He is one He has no partner; His is the Kingdom and for Him is all praise; He gives life and causes death; in His hands is all good; And He has power over everything.
[Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad ur Rasoolu-Allahi. (Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)]
There is none worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the prophet of Allah (Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam).
After reading all above each for three times, he should blow the air from his mouth on his chest and on his both palms then caress his hands over all of his body.
